Policies

-All sales are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted

-Please make sure your PayPal email and mailing address' are current, as Enchanted Polish is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly listed mailing address

-Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned we are no longer responsible for that order

-International orders will be marked as merchandise 

-Enchanted Polish is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs that may occur on international orders

-Enchanted Polish cannot refund shipping on separate orders but will try to combine orders into one package for customer convenience. A request via email must be made to combine international orders

-There will be no refunds or reshipments if your tracking information shows completion (example: "delivered, accepted, received") 

-If you have any problems with your received order please email us at info@enchantedpolish.com

-If your order arrives damaged please send an email and photos to info@enchantedpolish.com within 72 hours. Please include your order # and shipping information.

-Enchanted Polish reserves the right to cancel and refund any order
